Connor Graham, CSCS – General Manager & Performance Coach
Connor completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Bowling Green State University. He is a Certified Strength Conditioning Specialist, FMS Level 1 Certified, and Parisi Speed School certified. Connor coaches in our speed school, runs our strength program and is a pitching instructor. His athletic career blossomed at Miami University were he played baseball for the Redhawks for three years. In 2007 he was drafted in the 5th round of the MLB draft by the Colorado Rockies. He spent parts of 7 years pitching professionally with the Colorado Rockies, Cleveland Indians, Long Island Ducks, and Kansas City T-Bones. Connor was formerly the Director of Sport Performance at STAARS Training Academy.
Steven received his Bachelors degree in Health Sciences Physiologic Science Concentration from the University of Cincinnati. Steven completed a ten month internship, learning the Parisi Speed School methods. Steven oversees our speed program is twice certified with Parisi Speed School. He will be obtaining his CSCS certification from the NSCA as well as HFS certification from the ACSM. A Cincinnati native, Steven competed in baseball and football for Cincinnati Christian High School in Fairfield, Ohio.
Anthony Parker – Performance Coach
Coach Anthony Parker is an experienced and skilled instructor of speed, agility, and strength training. He has coached athletes from the middle school level up to the Division I collegiate level and Track and Field Olympians. Coach Parker is a certified USA Track and Field Coach in Level I (sprints, hurdles, and jumps) and Level II (jumps). Coach Parker has served on the track and field coaching staffs at the University of North Carolina and University of Texas.
He is a graduate of St. Augustine’s College located in North Carolina, where he majored in Human Performance and Wellness.

Mitch Elliot graduated from Xavier University, where he was selected for the Big East All Tournament Baseball team and voted Most Outstanding Player. Since his graduation, Mitch has played professionally for the St. Paul Saints. Other accomplishments include winning a national championship SuperSeries with the Gateway Thunder travel team of St. Louis and being named a Midwest Collegiate League All Star, MVP, batting champion in 2012 while playing summer ball. Mitch teaches baseball lessons and specializes in hitting, defense, base-stealing and bunting. Mitch is a performance coach for our Parisi speed and agility training and handles strength training, specializing in our arm strength and velocity programs.
