are surrounded by our 14,000 square feet of first class training facility. The DNA Boot Camp an exercise program for men and
women based upon simple, yet effective, fundamental movement patterns executed at high intensity. Our workouts deliver time-tested,
measurable health and fitness benefits. These one-hour group exercise sessions are fun, fast-paced and perfect for anyone who is serious
about improving their overall fitness level, earning the benefits of higher energy levels and losing weight. This is not strictly a weight
loss program BUT weight loss is one of the many positive outcomes.

About the Class:
This is a structured, semi-private training camp for serious people wanting serious results. Sessions are one hour long. The athlete
to instructor ration is never more than 8 to 1 to ensure you get all the attention you deserve.
