In addition to speed and agility training and strength training, DNA has partnered with TrenchSkillz to provide Cincinnati area football players the techniques to dominate and play at the next level. The partnership with TrenchSkillz adds position training by former NFL player, Keith Rucker, to provide every aspect of training for the serious football player.
The DNA/TrenchSkillz partnership of speed and agility training, strength training, combine training and football skill training is unmatched in the tri-state area. Youth, Junior High, High School and Collegiate football players now have all the critical training components at one training facility.
Training can be customized to players needs to address positional technique, speed/agility, strength or combine/showcase preparation:
Elite Speed Program: high level, high intensity small group speed and agility training. Call for information regarding sessions.
Speed & Agility Program: unlimited speed & agility training provided 6 days per week.
Collegiate Summer Strength & Speed Program: 10 week (starts mid May) strength and speed program customized for athlete and their sport
Strength Training: unlimited group training and Elite (customized & personalized) training

TrenchSkillz: One on One Training & Small Group Training focused on technique for domination on the line – 60 minute sessions. Single sessions and 5 and 10 session packages available.

TrenchSkillz founder, Keith Rucker is a former NFL player, former college coach and current high school coach who specializes in defensive and offensive lineman technique. Keith knows what it takes to play at the next level. He played at Ohio Wesleyan and earned his shot at the NFL where he played for seven seasons competing and learning from the best in the football.
