Youth Training Program - Jump Start Jr
Our Jump Start Jr. is a Multi sport program unlike any other. These one hour sessions utilize the most up to date research in a
fun and friendly environment to build your child’s physical foundation, improve coordination and self-esteem through our signature
training methods. In addition to the multitude of exercises, your child will experience a different sport every week: Soccer,
t-ball, kickball, flag/touch football, and track & field, to name a few. There are two levels to this program, Pre K (3-4)
and K-1(5-6). Your child will be placed in a class that is appropriate for his/her age and abilities and challenging enough
to encourage personal growth.
