At DNA Sports Center, we believe the foundation of every good athlete is speed and agility. Once an athlete has attained those attributes, sports specific training is the next step toward truly excelling at their game.

Our Softball Instruction Includes:

  • Throwing Instruction
  • Fielding Instruction
  • Catching Instruction
  • Base-Running Instruction

DNA's experienced softball instructors work with athletes of all ages to improve upon their technique and understanding of the game. Great focus is given to the player’s physical and mental conditioning, along with proper body mechanics.

Specific Areas of Focus for Softball Instruction Include:

  • Stance
  • Footwork
  • Proper Mechanics
  • Strength and Conditioning
  • Mental Conditioning
  • Pre-game Preparation

With our youngest athletes, age 4 and up, we use fun, age appropriate instruction to introduce them to the game of softball. Once a general understanding of the game is learned, we work to help them improve their hitting, throwing, and fielding skills.
