High Intensity/High Level Speed and Agility Training in Cincinnati
Next Session Starts November 13th! 6 Week Session, 2x per week on Mondays/Wednesdays at 7:00pm
Cincinnati based, DNA Sports Center, trains using the P.E.A.K. (Parisi Elite Athletic Knowledge) Program, created for the dedicated high school and collegiate athlete who aspires to compete at the next level. Athletes are evaluated by DNA staff for acceptance in the program.
The program focuses on each individual’s needs and desired improvements in Speed and Agility for his or her specific sport. P.E.A.K is the perfect supplement to be added to team programming and P.E.A.K can also stand on its own to work only on specific needs.
P.E.A.K has a focus on specific speed training techniques and is unmatched in its intensity. It utilizes advanced training methodologies and tools to help athletes break through previous speed and strength plateaus and reach new heights of athletic performance. Based on the program, P.E.A.K athletes will be tested in one or all of the following tests: 10 & 20 yard dash, 5-10-5 drill, broad jump, vertical jump and chin ups. P.E.A.K athletes are assigned to a specific Parisi Certified Performance Coach who monitors progress and plans progression programming specific to the athlete and his/her progress.
P.E.A.K sessions are semi-private – reserved for athletes who are striving for excellence, creating a competitive and high level workout.
Zach plays football and is a member of the track team at Moeller High School. Zach has started varsity football since he was a freshman and entering his junior year has already received more than ten D-I scholarship offers. He is projected to be one of the nation’s top offensive linemen in the 2019 class.
I would like to thank Mr. Broughton and his staff/trainers at DNA Sports Center for allowing me to participate in their PEAK Training Program. As an athlete I’m always trying to push myself to be my best and I like trying things out of my comfort zone. Offensive Lineman are always working on power and I fall into that category with a 405 lbs. bench and close to a 600 lbs. squat. I was looking for something to help me with my agility while working on speed/quickness. The PEAK Program at DNA Sports Center has allowed me to do just that. While in the program I learned some muscle specific stretching from their trainers (flexibility) I will be able to continue these moving forward. I was also taught the importance of keeping a tight core while running and doing drills (actually with everything I do). After working with DNA trainers and experiencing/seeing the impact a tight core had on my performance, it makes me want to continue improving while working my core more seriously. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and gear drills/ workouts to help you with your sport, by being sport and even position specific. A good example of this would be with upcoming combines and camp approaching, their trainers were able to work on my start/ explosion by sharing insight and techniques. They were able to lower my times in my 10 yd split, 20 yd split and 5/10/5. I would highly recommend this program to any athlete looking for an edge or preparing for an upcoming combine. I can’t wait to participate in the next session.
