Our DNA Elite Sports Performance Training program is perfect for high school athletes in any sport especially those looking to gain an edge over the competition during the off-season or preseason. Our program can both stand alone and can be designed to fit seamlessly with school training programs and either way the results will be significant.
The personalized training program consists of a 2 or 3 day-a-week schedules with the athlete choosing 2, 3 or 4 month, with over 1.5 hours each day of COMBINED strength training, speed/agility training, and conditioning.
Classes are held Tuesday at 7p, Thursday at 7p and Saturday at 10a. WE are expanding to Monday & Wednesdays in the Spring! You select 2 or 3 day option.
The program will provide each athlete a Functional Movement Screen as well as sport and position specific tests such as 10 yard & 20 yard laser timed dash, 5/10/5 pro shuttle, vertical jump, and 3 cone drill.
The strength sessions will build a more powerful athlete through proper progressions and attention to functional movement patterns. On top of conditioning the athlete to a new level, the speed sessions will enhance sport-specific movements, increase linear speed, and improve agility and footwork.
