Our DNA Elite Sports Performance Training program is perfect for high school athletes in any sport especially the fall & winter or spring sports athletes – volleyball, swimming, basketball, lacrosse, hockey, baseball or softball looking to gain an edge over the summer months.
The personalized training program consists of a 2 day-a-week or 4-day-a-week schedule with over 1.5 hours each day of COMBINED strength and speed training. This 10 week program will provide each athlete a Functional Movement Screen as well as sport and position specific tests such as 10 yard & 20 yard laser timed dash, 5/10/5 pro shuttle, vertical jump, and 3 cone drill.
The strength sessions will build a more powerful athlete through proper progressions and attention to functional movement patterns. On top of conditioning the athlete to a new level, the speed sessions will enhance sport-specific movements, increase linear speed, and improve agility and footwork.
