Our DNA Elite Sports Performance Training program is perfect for high school athletes in any sport especially those looking to gain an edge over during the offseason or preseason.
The personalized training program consists of a 2 day-a-week or 4-day-a-week schedule with over 1.5 hours each day of COMBINED strength training, speed/agility training, and conditioning. This 10 week program will provide each athlete a Functional Movement Screen as well as sport and position specific tests such as 10 yard & 20 yard laser timed dash, 5/10/5 pro shuttle, vertical jump, and 3 cone drill.
The strength sessions will build a more powerful athlete through proper progressions and attention to functional movement patterns. On top of conditioning the athlete to a new level, the speed sessions will enhance sport-specific movements, increase linear speed, and improve agility and footwork.
