Designed for athletes aspiring to compete at advanced levels

Cincinnati based, DNA Sports Center, trains using the P.E.A.K. (Parisi Elite Athletic Knowledge) Program, created for the dedicated athlete who aspires to compete in athletics beyond high school. Athletes are selected for this program by Parisi staff during the initial evaluation. Veteran Parisi athletes may also advance into this program after making a marked improvement. The selection process is based not only on physical attributes, such as speed and strength, but also on quality of character.

P.E.A.K.’s one-on-one training sessions are tailored to the meet the needs of each athlete for their specific sport; whether it is football, baseball, soccer, or any other sport, Parisi staff will design the right training program for you. Your Individualized Speed and Strength Training Program will be customized with strength training, plyometrics, core, balance, and injury prevention methodologies.

P.E.A.K. has an intense focus on specific Strength and Speed training techniques centered around an athlete’s individual needs, recovery, nutrition and regeneration. The training is unmatched in its intensity and utilizes advanced training methodologies to help athletes break through previous speed and strength plateaus.

Some of the best and fastest athletes in the country from Division I Colleges; Pro Sports, (including the National Football League, Major League Baseball, National Basketball Association, Women’s National Basketball Association, Major League Soccer) and the Olympic level have trained in the P.E.AK. program. Parisi has a proven track record of making the fastest athletes in the country faster.
