Speed, Agility, and Strength Training Programs that lead to Developing a New Athlete
Speed training programs are only the beginning! DNA Sports Center in Milford, Cincinnati trains athletes using speed, agility, and endurance drills and other training techniques from the renowned Parisi Speed School. Our certified coaches create customized workouts for each athlete designed to help them excel in their specific sport. From kids, age 7, all the way through professional athletes, DNA Sports Center trains with the goal of creating not only a better athlete, but also a better person.
What do we mean by developing a new athlete?
Starting with our youngest athletes, we provide speed, strength, agility, and endurance training. Through private instruction and athletic camps, athletes follow our fun and challenging programs to bust through their performance plateaus and attain a higher level of physical performance. It takes hard work and perseverance to push oneself to that next level; the discipline required and the success attained through the experience of completing one our programs, nourishes not only the body, but the soul. Self-confidence and mental toughness, in addition to physical speed and strength, equals an athlete that is unshakable on and off the playing field.

Youth Total Conditioning Program – With national childhood obesity rates at an all-time high; we offer this unique youth fitness program as a fun way for kids to get in shape. This endurance training for kids results in increased speed, strength and overall fitness. (Ages 7 -19)
Jump Start Youth Training Program – Research shows that ages 7 through 11 are the peak years for children to develop their coordination and motor skills. This program utilizes innovative drills in a fun and friendly environment, to build your young athlete’s physical foundation. Through speed, agility, and body weight strength training techniques, athletes improve their speed, coordination and strength; getting a jump start on their competition. (Ages 7 – 11)
Total Performance Training Program – This program uses cutting-edge techniques in speed, strength, flexibility and nutrition training to produce maximum improvements in sports performance. The customized workouts will improve athletes’ speed, quickness and endurance for their specific sport. (Ages 12 -18)
P.E.A.K. Training Program – The PEAK program was created for dedicated athletes who aspire to compete beyond the high school level. Athletes are selected to participate in this program by DNA staff, based not only on physical attributes, such as speed and strength, but also on quality of character. P.E.A.K. has an intense focus on specific strength and speed training techniques centered around an athlete’s individual needs, recovery, nutrition and regeneration. The training is unmatched in its intensity and utilizes advanced training methodologies to help athletes break through previous speed and strength plateaus.
