The DNA Strength training programs are designed to enhance the athletic performance of an athlete for any sport. The programs will focus on total body strength, utilizing exercises and movements specific to the individual’s given sport. We will focus on increasing the athlete’s strength and power, core and hip strength and stability, as well as correcting compensation patterns through single leg and single arm training methods. DNA’s programs will also build confidence as well as strength and endurance that will translate to the playing field.
Elite Program – Semi Private Training
Our DNA Elite Strength Program boasts a 4:1 athlete to performance coach ratio to ensure each athlete receives not only individual attention, but individualized programming as well. The program is designed for athletes ages 12 and older, and does not required prior experience with strength training.
Each athlete will undergo a pre-participation assessment and consultation that will help design the program that is right for them and specific to their sport and personal goals. The goal of DNA Elite Strength Program is to increase athletic performance and simultaneously reduce the incidence of injury.
Connor Graham will be leading the DNA Elite Strength Program. Connor is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA, certified in Functional Movement Screen (FMS) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science with a specialization in Exercise Programming. He played baseball at Miami University as well as for the Colorado Rockies and Cleveland Indians Organizations.
The 9 week program has two options: the All Star is 18 one hour sessions (2 workouts per week/ generally Tuesday & Thursday) or MVP is 36 one hour sessions (4 workouts per week/ Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri). Call us for more information regarding sessions dates, times and pricing.
Elite Program – Private Training
Our Elite program for 1 on 1 strength training is available for athletes and adults who want an evaluation/assessment with a customized program and individualized attention during their workout. Individual sessions and packages can be purchased based on the participant’s goals.
Beginner Program – Group Training
For middle school athletes (over age 12) who want to learn the basics and get ready for high school athletics. The program emphasizes:
- Learning proper and safe technique
- Preventing sports injury
- Boosting confidence
Advanced Program – Group Training
For high school athletes (up to age 19) who want professional, personalized strength coaching. The program emphasizes:
- Honing technique
- Preventing sports injury
- Introduction to basic Olympic lifting, advanced compound lifting techniques and plyometrics

For athletes focused to improve in their specific sport. The DNA Strength coach will oversee the athlete’s program beginning with testing during the first week and last week to measure progress. Each program includes 18 one hour sessions.Sport Specific Programs – FLEX Schedule
- Arm Care & Velocity Program – for baseball and softball players as well as other overhead athletes such as football quarterbacks looking to improve velocity and reduce injury and soreness.
- Vertical Jump Program – for basketball and volleyball players and other athletes looking to improve their jumping ability and reduce injury when landing.
Our Sport Specific Programs are offered on a FLEX schedule. With the FLEX schedule, the athlete will have the option to schedule and attend 18 DNA Strength classes of their choice. Classes are offered at varying time based on the season. The package expires 7 weeks after purchase. The program cost is $180.
