Our College Summer Training program is a personalized and customized strength and speed training program for college athletes or athletes heading to college. This 10 week program will provide each athlete a Functional Movement Screen as well as sport and position specific tests such as 10 yard & 20 yard laser timed dash, 5/10/5 pro shuttle, vertical jump, and 3 cone drill. Our program will complement an athletes’ college training programs to insure optimal outcomes and/or design and supply a program for the athlete specific to their sport and position.
The training program consists of a 2-day-a-week or 4-day-a-week schedule with over 1.5 hours each day of combined strength and speed training. The strength sessions will build a more powerful athlete through proper progressions and attention to functional movement patterns. On top of conditioning the athlete to a new level, the speed sessions will enhance sport-specific movements, increase linear speed, and improve agility and footwork.
Athletes will benefit through closely supervised training sessions and be motivated by our certified strength and speed performance coaches to achieve the highest level of performance.
