For athletes focused to improve in their specific sport and wanting a flexible workout schedule. Baseball, softball, football, lacrosse, basketball and volleyball players will gain an edge in their performance with these programs.
The DNA Strength coach will oversee the athlete’s program beginning with testing during the first week and last week to measure progress.
Arm Care & Velocity Program – for baseball and softball players as well as other overhead athletes such as lacrosse players or football quarterbacks looking to improve velocity and reduce injury and soreness. Athletes will build base strength and restore lost range of motion from the previous season while also increasing rotational power for greater bat speed and arm speed. Players will be tested in rotational med ball throw for velocity, vertical jump, broad jump, and single leg lateral jump.
We emphasize two phases with Phase I (September – December) focusing on recovery and strength building and Phase II (January thru Season) incorporating throwing mechanics. The combination of both phases routinely results in increased velocity of 4 – 6 MPH.
Vertical Jump Program – for basketball and volleyball players and other athletes looking to improve their jumping ability and reduce injury when landing.
Our Sport Specific Programs are offered on a FLEX schedule. With the FLEX schedule, the athlete will have the option to schedule and attend DNA Strength classes of their choice. Classes are offered at varying time based on the season. There are various package sizes – 18, 21, 24 sessions. Programs cost only $10 per session!
