Athlete Profile – Zach, 16
Zach plays football and is a member of the track team at Moeller High School. Zach has started varsity football since he was a freshman and entering his junior year has already received more than ten D-I scholarship offers. He is projected to be one of the nation’s top offensive linemen in the 2019 class.
I would like to thank Mr. Broughton and his staff/trainers at DNA Sports Center for allowing me to participate in their PEAK Training Program. As an athlete I’m always trying to push myself to be my best and I like trying things out of my comfort zone. Offensive Lineman are always working on power and I fall into that category with a 405 lbs. bench and close to a 600 lbs. squat. I was looking for something to help me with my agility while working on speed/quickness. The PEAK Program at DNA Sports Center has allowed me to do just that. While in the program I learned some muscle specific stretching from their trainers (flexibility) I will be able to continue these moving forward. I was also taught the importance of keeping a tight core while running and doing drills (actually with everything I do). After working with DNA trainers and experiencing/seeing the impact a tight core had on my performance, it makes me want to continue improving while working my core more seriously. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable and gear drills/ workouts to help you with your sport, by being sport and even position specific. A good example of this would be with upcoming combines and camp approaching, their trainers were able to work on my start/ explosion by sharing insight and techniques. They were able to lower my times in my 10 yd split, 20 yd split and 5/10/5. I would highly recommend this program to any athlete looking for an edge or preparing for an upcoming combine. I can’t wait to participate in the next session.
Athlete Profile – Whitney, 15
Whitney has been training with us since March 2016. She played Varsity basketball at Goshen High School as a freshmanand plays select for the Cincy Swish. We’re proud of the huge improvement we’ve seen in her first 60 days of training and can’t wait to see her future improvements. We know her hard work in the off season will translate onto the court this winter.
Athlete Profile – Hunter, 14
Hunter has been training with us since August of 2013. Hunter been a member of our speed and agility program and he also takes part in our strength class. The strength program increases the overall strength and explosiveness of our athletes, while teaching them proper lifting techniques and reinforcing good lifting habits. The combination of the programs, conveniently in back to back sessions, has produced a tremendous increase in this athlete’s performance. Heading to Moeller High School in the fall, this will be one tough Crusader!

Athlete Profile – Stephanie, 15
Stephanie has been training with us since November 2015 in our Vertical Jump Program under our strength program. Her results have been awesome! She’s seen her leaping ability increase 5 to 6 inches or on average more than 30%. Stephanie’s work ethic and commitment is second to none. She has played club volleyball for Cincy Classics, and played on the U15 National team this past season. This fall she will be playing volleyball for Walnut Hills High School and we expect to see her off-season work pay off big time on the court. Way to go Stephanie!
Hi Steve, I captured this from a video of Stephanie’s volleyball game. It really shows off her vertical! We keep getting compliments on how she’s improved. We always explain how the DNA Vertical Jump Program has really helped her.

Athlete Profile – Carson, 11
Carson is a great example of what can be accomplished when our athletes are focused after just one month. Significant increases are not normal in the first 30 days but they are possible with Parisi methods. This Batavia football player comes to each and every session ready to work! We feel sorry for Batavia’s competition this fall! By the way, Carson’s younger sister is also a member and we will be writing about her in the near future!
