Jerrod Arms
Jerrod competed as a Track and Field and Cross Country athlete for the University of Rio Grande and
Morehead State. He has a wealth of experience coaching Junior High, High School and Division I NCAA
Track & Field and Cross Country athletes. Jerrod graduated from Morehead State University with a degree
in Exercise Science and a minor in Coaching.
