Training for Warriors Program

Anyone, regardless of profession or social status, can be a warrior. It is simply a state of mind! A true warrior is someone that is committed to conquering his/her fears and self-limiting doubts; someone that stands by his/her principles and beliefs. It is about being positive and waging war against the “I Can’t” mentality. Living like a warrior means being the master of one’s own destiny and taking responsibility for it. Training like a warrior means tackling any challenge thrown at you and pushing yourself beyond what you thought possible. The Training for Warriors program is designed to help dedicated athletes achieve the level of “Warrior”. When you repeatedly accomplish something that you thought couldn’t be done, it changes you both physically and mentally. The more you accomplish, the stronger you become!

The Training for Warriors system was designed with the competitive adult athlete in mind. Whether you are a triathlete, professional martial artist, or even a police officer or firefighter looking to stay in top physical condition, this program is for you! This system incorporates Parisi’s Signature Speed Training methods and the latest in performance and strength training techniques. We use exciting modalities like medicine balls, resistance bands, tires, body weight exercises, sleds and plyometrics to challenge you to be as great as you want to be!

When compared to traditional personal training, the Training for Warriors program Is not only more effective, but costs 60% less!

Do not register for this program looking for some kind of cookie cutter boot camp or group fitness class. This is a structured, semi-private training camp for serious people wanting serious results!

Sessions are 1 hour long; utilizing the most up to date research to build speed, strength, endurance, flexibility and self-confidence. Our system ensures that there is never more than an 8 to 1 athlete to coach ratio. Sessions are 3 days a week in 4-week intervals.
