Anyone can be a Warrior; warrior training is about attacking life with passion and being the best YOU that you can be! Whether you are trying to maintain, improve or recover the way of the Warrior, this class is for you.

Martin Rooney is an internationally recognized fitness and martial arts expert and the COO of Parisi Speed School Franchise Systems. We have taken the best of Martin’s training for this class including the latest techniques in performance, strength training and speed training methods. Tools like medicine balls, resistance bands, tires, sleds and plyometrics will challenge you to reach your peak and accomplish your personal goals through this high intensity workout.

About the classes:

This is a structured, semi-private training camp for serious people wanting serious results. Sessions are one hour long. The athlete to instructor ration is never more than 8 to 1 to ensure you get all the attention you deserve. Classes are designed for either male or female as a Warrior state of mind knows no gender boundaries! Monthly memberships are $75; if you sign up for the year, you will enjoy a significant savings of 20%.
