This unique youth fitness program provides Cincinnati kids with a fun way to get in shape. Total Conditioning allows kids to train
an unlimited number of times per week for a low monthly fee, and they are able to train throughout the year to maximize results.
Through our Youth Total Conditioning Program, kids improve not only their overall fitness, but also their self-esteem.
The Youth Total Conditioning Program incorporates Parisi's Signature Speed Training Methods and the latest in Functional Fitness
and Body-Weight Strength Training. This program uses exciting modalities like Medicine Balls, Swiss Balls, Resistance Bands, Partner
Body Weight Exercises, Ladder Exercises, Resisted Running, Plyometrics and Yoga.
