Every athlete in the Jump Start Training Program must first go through our mandatory comprehensive evaluation to assess strengths
and weaknesses in areas such as speed, agility, and coordination. After completing the initial evaluation, your athlete will be
placed in one of two groups based upon performance level and age.
Youth Athletic Training Ages 7-11
The Youth Jump Start Training Program has been proven to enhance:

Youth Jump Start Training I - Athletes placed at this level require basic motor skill development and conditioning. This is traditionally the youngest group in our program; participants in this group range in age from 7 through 9 years old.
Youth Jump Start Training II - Athletes placed at this level need to continue improving their basic motor development. They demonstrate the required technique and coachability for this level. The typical age range for this group is 9 through 11 years of age.
Jump Start training is a must for any young athlete who wants to develop speed, agility, and coordination; the foundational athletic skills that help get a jump start on the competition and build self-confidence.
STEP 1: PERFORM A YOUTH EVALUATION
Every athlete begins our program with a mandatory evaluation. We use the information to assess and group the athlete according to their performance level.
STEP 2: REVIEW RESULTS
Immediately after the evaluation, our testing expert will discuss the results of the evaluation. This will identify your athlete's strengths and weaknesses as well as explain the best way to group your athlete in our training program.
STEP 3: SELECT A TRAINING PROGRAM

A Parisi Workout is a chance to overcome adversity. It is a chance to learn how to take a setback and turn it into a learning
experience. This is the hallmark of a coachable athlete, and a successful person. Adversity causes some athletes to break,
and champions to break records.
A Parisi Workout is a personal experience that will last a lifetime. You will always remember many things about Parisi.
You will remember the improvement you made in your fitness, the coaches you had, and how fun training was. Most importantly,
you will always remember you didn't just feel better…you felt better about yourself!
